Scope Writing & Documentation – How to create functional, accurate scopes that align with real-world repairs.
Claims Process Navigation – Step-by-step understanding of how property insurance claims work, from FNOL to final payment.
Project & Job File Management – How to organize estimates, track timelines, and communicate effectively with contractors and clients.
Real-World Communication – Practical strategies for speaking with adjusters, clients, and restoration crews with confidence and clarity.
Field-to-File Thinking – Connecting what happens onsite to what gets documented and paid.
