About the Role

Support restoration contractors through accurate, defensible estimating and disciplined claim support. This role is for estimators who exercise sound judgment, take ownership of their work, and want to continue developing their capabilities.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review restoration estimates.
Evaluate scopes, documentation, and supporting information.
Address revisions, supplements, and estimate-related questions.
Communicate clearly with ReconSmart and contractor clients.
Maintain accuracy while developing greater independence and efficiency.

Restoration estimating experience and Xactimate proficiency.
